Tacoma Incident continued from previous post

...when they arrived at the Islamic Center Rachel started acting very strange and refused to answer any questions or go inside to stay warm with the children. Prior to my arrival Rachel had her son go into the Islamic Center to stay warm, but she seemed not to care about him.

That's because after what they were chatting about, I did'nt trust them.
Plus the little lady from the grocery store nearby who was apart of the entire ordeal,
popped Saana on the tip of her head and said, WHO'S FOOD IS THIS? THIS IS NOT YOUR FOOD. THIS IS MY FOOD. PROBABLY BECAUSE IT WAS PAID FOR WITH A TAX FUNDED FOOD SUBSIDY. MATTER OF FACT SHE KNEW JORDAN'S NAME BEFORE I EVEN TOLD HER. THE LADY JUST HAPPEN TO BE FROM PORT ORCHARD (NAGAT SAKKAF TOLD ME) THE SAME FAR AWAY TOWN THAT MY EX-HUSBAND ALI AL SHEHARI IS FROM.
THE REASON THE WEDDING IS BEING HIDDEN AND I WAS'NT GIVEN A NIKKAH CONTRACT IS BECAUSE HE WAS STILL MARRIED IN THE PIERCE COUNTY COURT SYSTEM. THEY TOOK COPIES OF MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW HIS BIRTHDATE. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR PUTTING TRUST IN THE WORDS OF INDIVIDUALS CLAIMING TO BE APART OF THE ISLAMIC COMMUNITY. MATTER FACT I WENT TO THE MOSQUE TO PRAY ONE DAY WITH MY CHILDREN WHILE RESIDING AT A $600,000 NURSING FACILITY I HAD MOVED INTO FROM LOUISIANA WHILE WAITING FOR MY BUSINESS PARTNER FROM INDIA. THE CEO OF HEALTHCARE FACILITATION SERVICES. WHEN I WENT IN TO PRAY I WAS PRESENTED WITH THIS MAN TO MARRY. HE MOVED IN WITH ME THEN WHEN BUDGETING CAME AROUND HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE FACILITY AND START FROM VERY LITTLE BECAUSE NO ONE LIKE ME IS SUPPOSED TO PURSUE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PROPERTY. (EVEN THOUGH I HAD SEEN THIS PROPERTY ON THE MARKET 3 YEARS PRIOR. BARRY LEVENBURGH OF SKYLINE PROPERTIES INTRODUCED THIS NURSING HOME TO ME YEARS AGO.

I figured at this point if I send THE OLDER SPEAKING CHILD INSIDE, and pretend as if Saana and I were just going along with them outside there would still be an ADULT WITNESS ALIVE TO BRING JUSTICE TO THIS EVIL ACT.

I contacted Rachel who was still outside holding her daughter Guillory, Saana. It was very cold and raining and Rachel was shivering the entire time I was talking with her. I offered to go inside where it was warm but Rachel said she was'nt cold (regardless of the fact that she was shivering the entire time). Rachel was evasive when I was asking her questions about her situation. Rachel seemed very paranoid and kept asking me if I was going to kill her.

I continuously reassured her that we were there to help her. Rachel said that she was displaced form Hurricane Katrina and that she was homeless and unemployed. Rachel said she was married to someone in Washington for a couple days, but they're now divorced. Rachel did not make any sense when I was talking to her and she could'nt tell me any one that she knew who she could lstay with. Rachel said that she did not have any mental disorders, but it clearly appeared that she was suffering from some sort of mental condition. Rachel did not know where she was and as previously stated kep asking if I was going to kill her.


Maybe because before he arrived they were saying amongst themselves, (mohammad to be exact) "I don't care, you can kill her...I'm not all that religious"

I kept trying to find some friend or family member who Rachel could stay with, but she was not able to provide me with any names or phone numbers. Rachel clearly had no plan on how she was going to care for herself or her children.

After much questioning it was clear that Rachel was not mentally capable of caring for herself or her children. I contacted Sgt Westfall (56) and he agreed that it would be in the children's best interest to be placed into protective custody.

I had dispatch send an ambulance out to transport Rachel for a involuntary mental health evaluation. When the medics arrived Rachel became very uncooporative and had to be put into soft retraints for her and the medics safety. Rachel was transported to St. Joseph's hospital for a involuntary mental health evaluation.

Deputy Skeete put Rachel's child seats in his patrol car and we placed Saana Guillory and Jordan into his patrol vehicle. Deputy Skeete transported both children to the University Place Police Department.

I contacted CPS and had them send someone to the University Place Police Department to place the children into protective custody.

Wilson Lula (who is a CPS Supervisor) contacted us at the Police Department and we released both children to her.
