This is when a person fantasizes consistently about doing, being, having, or living like, with, as, or interactive of grandeur things.

Anyhow, what if people from an island who live off of the land and worship the earth believe this is complete Royalty? Hmmm...

When they step into say, a mansion in Hollywood or something...they feel completely disgusted.

Like man, you paid $28,000.00 for that fork! We catch our food and eat with sticks.

...and then, should the islander while at the mansion begin daydreaming about catching food with the hands and eating with sticks -- Are they suffering from Megalomania?

Ouch!

If you think about it, I was taught to eat with chopsticks at the age of 9 1/2. It takes great skill.
